Native Of Charlotte, North Carolina, is passionate about the city where she grew up.
“Shaneek,” as she is called by family & friends, is the proud mother of 3 sons and a bonus daughter she is raising. In addition, Lasharral has been the director of YOUTHQUAKE. This summer program offered biblical learning on top of the four primary school subjects for low-income households to most but the scholars to us in the Westside corridor.
She served as a team member on ONE CHARLOTTE (organizing and mobilizing one network for education and educational equity), a community-based organization that organized to secure a $33.2 million capital needs bond on the 2017 ballot in North Carolina. Lasharral serves on the board of directors for Million Youth March Of Charlotte & Salisbury, where she is the Parent Coordinator for the organization. She also helps with Mothers Of Murdered Offspring in Charlotte, which is built around saving our community and cutting down homicides. In addition, Lasharral is a proud supporter of Team Pink Fosho, an organization that loves, supports, and encourages women who have fought, are still fighting, and lost their battle to breast cancer.
Some of her hobbies are fixing up old cars and football. She also enjoys planning family trips and events, spending time with her family and friends, and loving her four beautiful children.
