Orson Aguilar is Senior Director of Public Affairs at Oportun. Oportun is a financial institution with a mission-based, technology-powered approach to lending money that is designed to be inclusive, affordable, and empowering. Prior to joining Oportun, Orson was Principal of the Office of Policy and Advocacy at UnidosUS. Prior to that he served as the President of the Greenlining Institute, a policy, research, organizing, and leadership institute working for racial and economic justice.
