What I love most about our work is …
…our purposeful focus on staff development around diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). I’m passionate about our internal DEI work because a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging helps drive a culture where staff can bring their full selves to their work with families and other external partners.
